the breeze continues to float through my open window, seen but never felt

made this yesterday. reconstructed from one men’s flannel shirt from salvation army.

i need a new camera like nothing else.

i’m done. done tossing my feelings into a dark closet to grow moss and mold. i need fresh air.

thunderstorms scattering at the shore. i’m almost glad for the inclement weather since it gives me a chance sit among a bundle of sheets and enjoy the natural morning light turning the white masses into beautiful shapes. i get easily tired of baking in the heat of the sun, especially since the leatheriness of my skin has been worrying me. listening to sonic youth. forgot to update my ipod, so i can’t listen to that dirty projectors song i’ve been wanting to hear… the air here is what i miss the most, full of life and salt and (best of all) devoid of pollen. takes my mind away from the inconsequential thoughts that seem such a plague elsewhere.

after a grueling two months of pin-pricked fingers and countless abominable pleats, PD is finally complete.

unfortunately, i haven’t kept up with my promise of documenting the sewing process… but at any rate, here’s a rundown of the costs:
